Caroline grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and completed her Bachelors degree at UC Santa Barbara. There, she became interested in biomedical research while studying Polycystic Kidney Disease in Thomas Weimbs’ lab. As a PhD student in the Lowe lab, she studies dynamics between senescent cells and T cells in the context of tumor biology. Outside of the lab, Caroline enjoys trying new restaurants, getting drinks with friends and hanging out at Central Park.
