I am working on developing methods for measuring metabolic fluxes in mass-limited cells in real-time, with a view to applying these techniques to patient-derived cells and organoid cultures, it is hoped that these tools may be applied in the future fo the assessment of response to multiple treatment regimens in patient-derived cells, for advanced personalized medicine.
