Max Levine is a Computational Biologist in Elli Papaemmanuil’s lab. He holds a combined BS/MS degree in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Max was previously an intern in Elli’s lab and now works full-time at MSK where he specializes in analyzing genomics data and designing pipeline tools to facilitate analyses. His key focus is pediatrics and whole genomes.
His current work includes designing and implementing a fusion calling pipeline for RNAseq, determining the value of utilizing expanded genomics, and analyzing variants within pediatric whole genome data.
