My work is focused on MHC presented peptides. How can they be identified by mass spectrometry? How can their presentation be altered by certain drugs, e.g. CDK4/6 inhibitors or epigenetic modifiers? And what peptide-MHC complexes are ideal targets for immunotherapies, especially for TCR-mimic antibodies. When I am not in the lab I love to cook, sing and explore the playgrounds of NYC with my little family.
