My long-term research interests involve engineering technologies to enhance our understanding of neuronal pathways and pathologies. After completing my PhD in Bioengineering, (Bar-Ilan University, Israel) training in the field of Neuro-engineering I joined the cancer nanomedicine laboratory of Dan Heller. Here, I develop optical nanosensors for early detection of neurodegenerative diseases, and work to shed new light on diseases of the nervous system.
