I am the Laboratory Manager in Dr. Daniel Heller’s Lab.
After graduating with a Ph.D. from the University of Pecs, I continued my academic career at Columbia University as a postdoctoral researcher scientist. I was promoted to Associate Research Scientist in 2015. During my time at Columbia, I worked on preclinical in vitro and in vivo testing of new small molecules against Stargardt disease and age-related macular degeneration. Besides my bench research duties, I was also in charge of managing the lab’s finances and administration.
