Shengquan Duan, PhD, is currently serving as a Team Leader, Product Development in the Office of Technology Development (OTD). His role involves leading the Product Development team at Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) to devise development strategies, support manufacturing processes, and oversee regulatory submissions for MSK’s product pipeline. He assumed this role in February 2024.

Prior to joining MSK, Shengquan Duan worked at Pfizer in various capacities. Most recently he served as a Director of Global Regulatory Affairs, focusing on CMC regulatory strategy. Additionally, he held positions as a Pharmaceutical Sciences Team Leader in Pfizer’s Small Molecule Portfolio group and as an API team lead in their Chemical Research and Development department.

Shengquan Duan obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Chemistry from Tsinghua University. He then pursued a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Washington University, which he completed in 2003. Additionally, he holds a master’s degree in Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance from Temple University.
