Current Research Interest 

Caroline’s current research collaborations focus on supporting projects related to the InterMEL Program – an international consortium with the goal to identify genomic features of tumor cells that are associated with survival in patients with early-stage melanoma.  She is also a collaborator in the MSK SPORE for Genomic Instability in Breast Cancer. Caroline has also collaborated on projects in Radiation Oncology, Lymphoma, Melanoma, Pediatrics, and Dental Surgery. Her main interest lies in the analysis of high dimensional genomics data.
