You must be a researcher who holds an MD/DO or PhD/ScD to be considered for OPTICS. Applicants must be a United States citizen or permanent resident (green card holder) at the time of appointment.

- Curriculum vitae
- One-page career statement
- One-page letter of interest detailing their career goals and why/how OPTICS will help them achieve said goals
- Two (2) letters of recommendation on official letterhead, signed, dated, and sent to [email protected]
