Clinical Program

The goal of the clinical program, which is an important and unique aspect of the GSK curriculum, is to encourage students to develop a clinical perspective as to how bench work can be applied in the clinic. Students visit the clinics during the first year and can participate in a Clinical Apprenticeship starting at the end of the second year. With the help of a clinical mentor, the clinical apprenticeship inspires our students to think about clinical problems through the lens of basic science.
