Dr. Rupa Juthani received her MD degree at the University of Virginia, following which she completed her residency in neurosurgery at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Juthani then completed a fellowship in neurosurgical oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering. During her residency, she also completed a two-year research fellowship at MSK with Dr. Cameron Brennan developing novel therapies for glioblastoma and brain metastases, including work with chimeric antigen receptors for which she was awarded grant funding. Dr. Juthani is currently an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at Weill Cornell Medicine and is a Visiting Investigator in Dr. Michelle Bradbury’s lab. Her work now focuses on the translational research of FDA-approved Cornell dots for the treatment of primary and metastatic brain tumors, including on-going multi-center clinical trials.
