My role focuses on the organization and management of data including data infrastructure, provenance, accuracy, integrity, and security to facilitate its accessibility and use for analytical purposes. To achieve this, I utilize an array of computational tools and languages including R, SQL, python, and linux to clean and organize data repositories. Ultimately, we aim to implement one, or several, flexible, diversified integrative platforms that will permit cross-talk among our network of data repositories, supporting comprehensive and robust computational analyses.
