Working at Memorial Sloan Kettering has given me the opportunity to put into practice all that I dream to do. I want to be physician-scientist and perform translational research with cancer biology and immunology. I am intrigued with the new treatment strategies being developed in the Blasberg laboratory that involves inhibiting tumor metabolism and making tumors more responsive to immunotherapy. I’m thankful for all of the mentorship and guidance I’ve received and continue to receive from individuals that have been studying and practicing medicine and conducting research for years. Outside of the lab, I love writing, learning and cooking new recipes, exercising, and volunteering all over New York City.
