A postdoctoral position is available in early 2016 for a highly motivated candidate with a background in bioinformatics interested in investigating inter- and intra-tumor genetic heterogeneity in cancers. Projects include high-depth and single-cell sequencing analysis and high-throughput functional genomics approaches to identify drivers of rare types of breast and endometrial cancer. Applicants should hold a PhD degree in bioinformatics and have previous experience and track record in massively parallel sequencing data analysis.
