Contact the International Center if:

  • You live outside of the United States and you are interested in care at MSK.
    Call: 212-639-4900 or use AT&T Direct Access by dialing the access number for the country you are calling from, then dialing 888-675-7722.

Current Patients

You can pay your hospital and doctor bills online. 

  1. Go to my.mskcc.org to log in to MyMSK, our patient portal. 
  2. Click “Billing” at the top right. 
  3. Click “View and Pay Bills” on the left. You will leave MyMSK and will be directed to our secure payment website, VisitPay.

You can also meet in person with an expert from Patient Billing Services for information about billing and paying for your care. They can answer questions about your health insurance coverage, help you understand your bill, provide cost estimates, and more.

Evelyn H. Lauder Breast Center

Rockefeller Outpatient Pavilion

  • Address: 160 East 53rd Street, 3rd Floor
  • Days: Monday through Wednesday
  • Time: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Your medication co-pay is high and you would like to learn more about prescription assistance programs.
    Call your doctor’s office and ask to meet with your Patient Access Coordinator.
