All students complete two semesters of this course during the first year.

The President's Research Seminar Series brings the most distinguished leading scientists in the world to Memorial Sloan-Kettering. The topics represented are wide-ranging and cover some of the most exciting recent developments in modern biology.

Students participate in a journal club the day before the President's Research Seminar Series meets, in order to review some of the published work of the speaker. Students meet with the speaker on the day of the seminar.
